In Cosmic, the Bunnyman embarks on a celestial journey. Described by Johnny as “standing strong with a sword of truth”, the Bunnyman stands unbending in the midst of the galaxies, symbolizing his role as a universal guardian – and yet he belongs to no single world. Wandering alone through this cosmic void, the Bunnyman inspires viewers to live the spirit of adventure.
“This character means a lot to me,” explains Johnny. “It came from a recurring dream I had when I was five or six years old. I went to the door of the basement of our house in Kentucky, and when I opened it, I saw a faceless figure standing on the landing at the top of the stairs. He had features, almost like a mannequin, and was made of a membrane containing many small grains of sand in different colors. They flowed through his body in an abstract way.”
